A photo of the living room, currently unfurnished. Since this is a top floor unit the ceilings are vaulted and
rise to a height of about 14 ft, making the room fell even more spacious. The carpeting will be replaced
with light cherry wood laminate flooring and accent rugs. Two sets of Hunter Douglas vertical blinds have
been ordered for the large lanai sliding doors of the living and dining rooms.

The living room flows into the dining room. This area is huge - 30 ft by 15 ft. We like the fact that this
entire area opens up to the lanai and is separated from the lanai by two sets (30 ft wide!) of glass sliding
doors. We get wonderful, expansive views of the Kona Country Club golf course and the mountains
beyond. Opening up these screened lanai doors also allows for excellent air flow through the entire
condo, especially when the Kona breezes are active.

very airy, and open. We especially enjoy the beautiful vaulted ceilings with wood planks over large,
white wood beams. The quality and design of these units is definitely much higher than that of other
condos in the Kona-Keauhou area.
