This site describes our two beautiful vacation rental condos, units 12-201 and 5-203,
located at the Kona Coast Resort, one of the top rated condominium resorts on the Big
Island of Hawaii.  We purchased unit 12-201 in 2002 as our future retirement home (a
dream come true!).  Even though Jaci and I plan to live here part time when we retire,
we are happy to share it with our guests and friends who love the Big island of Hawaii
as much as we do.  Many of our previous guests informed us that staying at our condo
during their trip to the Big Island made their vacation even more enjoyable & memorable.
This condo features year round views of the beautiful Kona sunsets from its expansive,
ceramic-tiled lanai.

In early 2010 we purchased a second luxury unit at the Kona Coast Resort.  Unit 5-203 is
a delightful 1-bed, top floor unit with beautiful wood plank vaulted ceilings and
gorgeous views of the sun rising over the 16th fairway of the prestigious Kona Country
Club golf course each morning, and the mountains beyond.  This unit is located in one of
the most serene sections of the resort and is ideal for guests seeking a quiet and
peaceful setting during their stay on the Big island.

Both units are luxury vacation rental units and offer significant advantages over the
vast majority of vacation rental units in the Kona-Keauhou area, yet are available at
rates similar to those of average condos.  Following are just of few of the reasons why

ocean view end-unit, located on the 2nd floor, with an expansive, secure and shaded private lanai.  
Unit 5-203 is a top floor 1-bed unit with beautiful vaulted ceilings and the same secure, private lanai.

gorgeous sunrise views from unit 5-203, year round!

Maintenance and condition of our units is the best you'll find in the Kona area.  Why?  We also
vacation there at least twice a year and we are very meticulous owners!

Both condos are equipped with a great central AC unit!  It's efficient, quiet and is available at no
additional charge!

Both condos  feature great amenities like wall-mounted LCD TVs, all wood laminate and ceramic tile
flooring, high quality appliances and furnishings, free WiFi, and free use of beach chairs, beach
umbrella, boogie boards, coolers and many other items.

If you're like us, a photo really is worth a thousand words.  Before we purchased our
Hawaiian home we struggled to find acceptable vacation rental condos for our own
vacations to Hawaii.  The problem was that the condo owners did not include many photos
of their units on their websites and you really couldn't be sure what you were getting
for your money.   So, to put your mind at ease, we've included over 100 photos of our
two units and the resort on this website.  You'll be able to see every square foot of
the interior of our condos as well as many photos of the exterior.  We even included a
